It's been a hectic week, and I'm looking forward to having a bit of down time this weekend.

I have cleaned out a bunch of my "fat" clothes from my closet and plan to take to the consignment store. It's a very scary feeling to not be holding on to the clothes, but after reading the blurb in Dr. Phil's book about cleaning out your closet, it does makes a lot of sense though.
