Hmmm, where have the days gone??

I seem to have slacked off a bit and gotten sloppy with my eating. Not necessarily illegal foods, but quantities are sometimes out of control. Been on a nut kick lately --- waaay too much! Also been *eating* sugar free gum too. I've always eaten my gum, but have been shovelling it in piece after piece. I have to find something else to do/eat besides peanuts and gum. By the way, this compulsion only seems to be at work. At home I'm not nearly as bad.

Good news is that this week I've started walking on my afternoon breaks. My friend and I go for a 15-20 minute walk. Yesterday I went for a walk on my lunch break. I did a fast walk and was gone for about 40 minutes and covered a great distance. I felt great!

Breakfast
Bacon topped with shredded cheese and sour cream
Coffee with cream and AS

Snack
Whole natural almonds

Lunch
Chicken Caesar salad

Snack

Mint chocolate protein shake m/w water

Supper
3 eggs, shredded tex mex cheese, salsa


I picked up a tub of whey protein isolate in chocolate mint supreme flavour. I am going to keep it at work and have it as a snack instead of all my nuts, gum and other stuff. There is 2 grams of carbs in each serving. I plan to mix with water.
