I slept in this morning and had to ask family to drive me to work. I grabbed some breakfast from the cafeteria.

Breakfast
2 HB eggs
Scoop of cottage cheese
Coffee with cream

Snack
Macadamia Nuts

Lunch
Turkey breast and ham deli meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, dill pickles .... inside of a wrap from Subway
Diet Dr. Pepper

Snack
Cashews - 2 pkgs - 16 carbs

Supper
Ground beef mixed with shredded cheese and topped with sour cream
Cherry cream cheese dessert - cream cheese m/w heavy cream and pkg of SF cherry jello

I ate waaaay too many nuts today. A positive is that I drank a lot of water.
