I'm feeling exhausted this morning, and my work day hasn't even quite started. I can't stop yawning.

For breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs topped with some sour cream. I also had a decaf coffee.

Had coffee with 10% cream and AS this morning. Ended up going out for lunch with DH. I had a steak sandwich (sans bread), mixed veggies and Caesar salad (sans croutons). So....not really meat and eggs, but low carb nonetheless. The steak was amazing - it just melted in my mouth. Yummy!!

I managed to EAT a whole package of sugar free Juicy Fruit gum. I don't know why I do that because I know that I can't have gum. I keep it in my mouth for a couple of seconds and then swallow it and then pop another piece in, etc.

I had a bag of cashews around 3:30 (10 grams carbs). After work I had a handful of macadamia nuts. For supper I made homemade chicken wings (deep fried) and made a sauce of butter, hot sauce, vinegar and sour cream. It was super good.

Except for all the nuts and gum, I didn't do bad. I also drank a lot of water today (some with Crystal Light), which I am proud of. I want to really work on that.
