Breakfast: same
Dinner: chicken salad with apple, pecans
snack: zone bar
Snack: yogurt
Supper: 1 cup roast beef
1 small baked potato
2 cups California blend veggie

Another good day, though I have been hungry..ALOT

I did 30 min. cardio and LBWO

I am also starting to use Fitday, I need to track my diet better. I thought it was too time consuming, but once you get the foods in there that you eat most often, it isn't too bad. Fitday says I need to lose 1.78 lbs a week to be 169 by Kristy's wedding. Very doable.

grilled chicken breast in a salad with greens, some apple, pecan, and raspberry vinagarette dressing
snack
zone bar
snack
1/2 apple
2 tbsp p. butter
supper
2 c. chili

Did my cardio today

I need to step up the exercise even more. After watching the biggest loser tonite on tv, I feel like a slug. I could be working out way harder and much longer. Time to step it up. Tomorrow I will be eating the same for brkf., dinner, snack, supper?. I am doing lbwo and stomach. Will also get in a...

3 egg whites and sm amount yold
1 cup steel cut oats
2 TBSP flax seed

Dinner:
salad at the Hitching Post
Chicken breast
cheese
1 egg
lettuce
dressing
Snacks
1 atkins bar
1 cup yogurt
Supper:
Turkey rollup

Exercise:
40 min. upperbody

Tomorrow
breakfast: the same
dinner: chicken salad with apple and pecans
snack:
yogurt
protein shake
Supper
chicken fijiatta on a rollup
8 glasses water...

Body for Life W1D1 tomorrow

Starting a new BFL Challenge. It will be 12 weeks long. I will be starting today (monday), and ending June 30th. My goal will be to lose 20 lbs, and gain 5 lbs muscle. I want to be a size 14 or 12 by the end of the 12 weeks. I will be doing bfl eating plan, and exercise plan with some modification. More tomorrow.......
