Day 14.......commit in writing

Today's task is to start keeping track of everything I eat. When I write out my food plan the night before, then next day I have to keep that by me and check every thing I ate, cross out what I didn't, add things not kept on the list.

Once I accept the fact that I have to monitor my eating in this way, dieting will be easier.

Brkf: the same
dinner: chicken salad, lettuce
snack: SF jello with cream cheese
a little chicken salad
Supper: 1 tbone
big salad

I feel like I ate too much steak. My tummy feels bloated. I weigh...

Day 13.........Plan for tomorrow

Good Sunday afternoon......For tomorrow's task she has her readers Pan and monitor your eating in writing every days. I know this is a biggie for Weight Watchers, "tracking" your food intake. I guess I will start planning what I eat the day before on paper, then write what I eat here also. I am posting early today, have a feeling I will be in bed early tonite.

Tomorrow I am going to start with my exercise plan. I will walk a half hour tomorrow and work in the garden at least an hour. I have to get my tomatoes mulched, and the flowers mulched yet. I also have some impatients,...

Day 12.......Overcome Cravings

Tomorrows task in to work on overcoming cravings. Perfect for me, I have a baby shower where shower where I know there will be great food, but probably nothing I can eat. I will not be tempted to break my diet. If there is no food for me, I just wait and eat when I get home.

Her lesson is a good one today. I have a problem with cravings, but now that I have been religious about atkins, I don't really worry, there are no cravings. Today Adam brought home a strawberry cheesecake pie from Baker's Square. Oh man, that sure did look good, but not even a taste for me. I didn't crave it....

Day 11..........Practice Hunger Tolerance

People who struggle with dieting get hungry and feel hunger pains more intensely. It can feel like an emergency.........all the attention gets focused on how uncomfortable it feels, and when and where to get food.

Tomorrows task is to practice hunger tolerance. She recommends skipping lunch, just eating breakfast and not lunch, then supper. That is not practical for me, since we eat supper at 8:00pm (tonite it was 9). I am always hungriest at 3:30-4:00, I don't know if I am hungrier then, or just think that is when I need to eat, so tomorrow I am going to go without food from...

Day 10

Today was bumming day. I love bumming day soooo much. I only leave our place usually once a week, so when that day rolls around I'm all over it.

Went to lots of stores, did lots of errands, bought the things I need. Didn't get too many groceries. I still have enough veggies home and meat, so just got some eggs, sting cheese, butter, and a box of Atkins bars (like a mounds bar). I didn't eat dinner until I got home at 2:30.

Brkf: same
dinner: braniberry salad
1 sting cheese, lunch meat
snack: pecans
protein shake
supper:
lettuce...
