Planned cheat day

I just had to write that yesterday was my Anniversary. We don't go out much, so I planned to go and eat whatever I wanted to. I started on the carbs about 4:00 and didn't quit till I went to bed. I felt horrible. Tired, sluggish, woke up with heartburn. If nothing else, this just helps to to understand how my body does not deal with sugar. Crazy, but I felt absolutely fat again.

I am not stepping on the scale till next tuesday, weigh day.

Back to eating the way I was meant to.

Day 36............weigh day

183 this morning. I did hit 182 one day this week, but then it popped back up......Hey, I'll take 1 pound, it is better then gaining. I feel so good on this way of eating. I don't get hungry often, I can go for hours without eating if I have to, plus I have energy to burn. Before I was using all my extra energy trying to figure out what sugar laden treat I could eat next. This week is my anniversary, and I do plan a cheat meal, that is ok, I can do that, this is real life and I have to have a treat once in a while. Anyway, in 36 days I have lost 15 lbs.

Day 29........weigh day

184 BABY!!!! I met my goal of 5 lbs and then some. I Will order my book today on Amazon. The moment it Clicks. My next 5 lb goal is 179. I haven't decided what I will reward myself with then, will have to think about it all day and post tomorrow what the reward will be.

I haven't been able to do any more tasks in my book, life is just too busy this time of year, but I am keeping up with the tasks I have done already.

Kristy's wedding was this weekend. I stuck to my plan, no cake, no nothing. It was hard, but I am so glad I did. I know if I had one bite of cake I...

Day 22......weigh day

I weighed 186.8 this morning. Woohoo! Now I am getting excited. I am only 8 tenths away from my 5 lb goal, then I get to treat myself in the cities with an hour in Barnes and Noble. Last week I weighed 190, so that is a 3.2 lb loss this week.

I haven't had time to do any tasks this week. I will try to get the book out tonite, but no promises. Life is just so busy this time of year. I am not complaining, I love it when it is busy. Winter almost kills me. If not for the kids, I would be so outta here. I need it warm all year long. I thrive in warmth.

Day 15......Prevent unplanned eating.

Tell yourself that you don't have a choice. You made a plan and you'll follow that plan-no ifs, ands, or buts.

A short task today. Easy enough.

Did good again today. Today was weigh day. 190. I lost 1 lb last week. I am not disappointed. That means I lost 4 lbs a week for the last 2 weeks. If want to meet my first 5 lb. goal by kristy's wedding, I have to lose 4 lbs in the next 10 days. I think I better count calories and carbs for the next 10 days. I really want that shopping spree in the cities! I didn't get any walking in today, but I worked in the yard for 5 hours,...
