Day 15......Prevent unplanned eating.

Posted 06-10-2008 at 08:36 PM by laurihill
Tell yourself that you don't have a choice. You made a plan and you'll follow that plan-no ifs, ands, or buts.

A short task today. Easy enough.

Did good again today. Today was weigh day. 190. I lost 1 lb last week. I am not disappointed. That means I lost 4 lbs a week for the last 2 weeks. If want to meet my first 5 lb. goal by kristy's wedding, I have to lose 4 lbs in the next 10 days. I think I better count calories and carbs for the next 10 days. I really want that shopping spree in the cities! I didn't get any walking in today, but I worked in the yard for 5 hours, plus chores, so I think that is enough exercise for the day.

Brkf: same
dinner: 1 1/2 hamb. patties
salad with french
snack: jello
chicken salad (I really like having this in the fridge)
atkins bar
Supper (not real hungry, too many snacks), taco salad

Tomorrow:
Brkf: same
dinner: salad with grilled chicken breast
snack: jello
sting cheese and lunch meat
Supper: something grilled
salad

I discovered your blog yesterday. I am quite interested in the techniques you're using.

I had a behavioral counselor for my compulsive overeating last year, from March through October. I lost about 20 pounds on her WOE, which was low-fat, high-carb, with supplemental protein shakes. Then she left the area. I switched to low(er) carb, and lost another ten pounds. Then I went back to school for a couple of quarters, and went back to carbage to bribe myself to study again, so now I've regained all the weight.
