Day 14.......commit in writing

Today's task is to start keeping track of everything I eat. When I write out my food plan the night before, then next day I have to keep that by me and check every thing I ate, cross out what I didn't, add things not kept on the list.
Once I accept the fact that I have to monitor my eating in this way, dieting will be easier.
Brkf: the same
dinner: chicken salad, lettuce
snack: SF jello with cream cheese
a little chicken salad
Supper: 1 tbone
big salad
I feel like I ate too much steak. My tummy feels bloated. I weigh tomorrow for week 2, hope Ii show a loss.
I walked for a half hour in the grove, worked in the garden for an hour.
