Day 6........find yourself a diet coach

Well, that is a no brainer, I have all these great supportive buddies of mine that I can always count on. I also have my sister, who is always on my side, plus she is the best motivation there is, with a 100 lb loss under her belt for over a year. This was an easy one. Today I ate slowly, it was hard eating without reading the paper, but I did. I ate sitting down, I gave myself credit for making good choices, I read my response card 3 times.
Breakfast: always the same, and I never tire of it
dinner: lettuce salad with my french dressing
Linda Sue's chicken enchilada hotdish
snack: a few almonds, protein shake with 2 tbsp flax
supper: 2 grilled hamb. patties
1 big (too big) portion of Brandiberry Salad.
1 atkins bar
