dinner:
grilled chicken breast in a salad with greens, some apple, pecan, and raspberry vinagarette dressing
snack
zone bar
snack
1/2 apple
2 tbsp p. butter
supper
2 c. chili
Did my cardio today
I need to step up the exercise even more. After watching the biggest loser tonite on tv, I feel like a slug. I could be working out way harder and much longer. Time to step it up. Tomorrow I will be eating the same for brkf., dinner, snack, supper?. I am doing lbwo and stomach. Will also get in a walk. Have to spend more time exercising.
