Menu
3 egg whites and sm amount yold
1 cup steel cut oats
2 TBSP flax seed

Dinner:
salad at the Hitching Post
Chicken breast
cheese
1 egg
lettuce
dressing
Snacks
1 atkins bar
1 cup yogurt
Supper:
Turkey rollup

Exercise:
40 min. upperbody

Tomorrow
breakfast: the same
dinner: chicken salad with apple and pecans
snack:
yogurt
protein shake
Supper
chicken fijiatta on a rollup
8 glasses water
exercise cardio

I weighed 192 this morning. I am mad at myself for eating so crappy. I am going to attack this challenge like no other. I am going to live and breath this challenge. After seeing pictures of myself in Vegas, I make myself mad. I hate prednisone, but I can lick this fat around my middle. I am going to beat this once and for all.
