I am down to 201! By the end of this week I will be back in the 100s!! I can go on my date knowing I am not 200+.

I typed in a previous blog that I find it hard to stay on the plan on the weekends. I have not gone off plane once so far! That is something for me to celebrate.

My kids and I will go to church in a little while (thank goodness they stopped serving donuts!) and then they say it is going to storm. I need to go to the grocery store and stock up for the week. Hopefully it will stop raining enough for me to do that later on.

It is Saturday and I have been shopping with my best friend all day for an outfit to wear on my date with my "friend" next weekend.

I wasn't down any pounds today but I bought some ketostix today and it turned dark purple so I guess that is good.

I have been divorced for 8 years and I have two teen girls. I am in a good place in my life right now. The girls and I are doing great. Got on the scale this morning and I was down a whole pound from yesterday! I know 1 pound and 39 more to go but at least it was a loss! I am excited.

Since the weekend is upon us, I tend to have problems staying on the plan on the weekends. I am really going to try to continue on the path I have started this week.

I lost 70 pounds and have gained back 40 of it. It is day 4 on Induction and I am feeling good and motivated. I had originaly said I was not going to weigh but I was going to rely on how my clothes were fitting and how I was feeling. But I got on the scale this morning!
