I am down and kind of depressed today. I am still in ketosis but my weight is not going down at all.

I think my date is not going to happen. Which I guess is probably good only because I feel so bad about myself right now. Why would he want to go out with a fat woman? I need to give up the dream of finding someone to love me fat or skinny. I don't think that someone exists.

This is day 10 and I still have not gone off plan but my weight is not budging. Very frustrating and making me feel like a complete failure!

Well I am down 2 of those pounds that were there yesterday. Hopefully the rest will fall off too. Thank you for the words of encouragement! I needed that.

I was in the meeting from HELL yesterday! Ugggg it was horrible. They had snacks but I stayed with the cheese. I felt good about that. I still have not gone off plan.

Today is a regular day at work so I have all my food and water and I am set. We shall see what today brings. I am meeting some cheer moms (my daughters do competitive cheer) at a mexican resturant tonight while our girls are at practice....

It is Monday and I am getting ready to go sit in a meeting ALL day long! UGGG However, I was up 4 pounds this morning... TOM, I guess I am bloated. Surely this is bloating, I mean I was down and then poof, it is all back! How long does it take to get back down again? 1/2 my brain is telling me it is nothing but bloat, and then the other 1/2 is telling me I failed so I might as well eat what I want.

I am NOT going to go off plan! I am still in ketosis so this is just temporary...right????

I brought all my water to work today so I will sit in my meeting...

I am down to 201! By the end of this week I will be back in the 100s!! I can go on my date knowing I am not 200+.

I typed in a previous blog that I find it hard to stay on the plan on the weekends. I have not gone off plane once so far! That is something for me to celebrate.

My kids and I will go to church in a little while (thank goodness they stopped serving donuts!) and then they say it is going to storm. I need to go to the grocery store and stock up for the week. Hopefully it will stop raining enough for me to do that later on.

It is Saturday and I have been shopping with my best friend all day for an outfit to wear on my date with my "friend" next weekend.

I wasn't down any pounds today but I bought some ketostix today and it turned dark purple so I guess that is good.

I have been divorced for 8 years and I have two teen girls. I am in a good place in my life right now. The girls and I are doing great.
