Sunday chat

I am down to 201! By the end of this week I will be back in the 100s!! I can go on my date knowing I am not 200+.

I typed in a previous blog that I find it hard to stay on the plan on the weekends. I have not gone off plane once so far! That is something for me to celebrate.

My kids and I will go to church in a little while (thank goodness they stopped serving donuts!) and then they say it is going to storm. I need to go to the grocery store and stock up for the week. Hopefully it will stop raining enough for me to do that later on.

I am feeling really good and I have so much more energy. I am in my 40's and I want to feel better than I did in my 30's! I want to lose weight but most of all I want to feel good and be happy with what I look like. Like I said in another blog, I am at a very good place in my life and I want this to be my happiest time yet! I love being in my 40's believe it or not! I know who I am, I know what I want, and if you like me great, if you don't then who cares!! I have lived long enough that I don't have to put up with anything that I don't want to. No pretending here!

Ok..enough of that....I am off to get ready for church!
