Today is a new day in my life. 2009 is the Year of Change for me.

I feel pumped up and ready to start this and maybe if I can make this change than maybe other things will start to fall into place.

Food for today so far:
2 HB eggs
2 cups coffee

Well still feeling positive and great!!!!

EOG's are done - proctored last 3 days and that is tireing!!!!!

School is almost out for my children, but just started back up for me.

Positive thought for today: weight down, not hungry, great weather, great family, healthy children.

Day 4 almost done and still going strong.....

Well not doing well....I can't get motivated to do this and I don't know why......I am feeling like cr** today and just don't want to do anything......

I am thinking of going and talking to my dr. if I don't start to get into a better mood soon.
