A Daily Schedule

Posted 07-19-2008 at 06:43 PM by kiwikid
Even though I am on holiday I have decided to bring back a routine into my day, to provide motivation and also because I want to set up patterns that are doable when I am working again. If this is truly going to be an all of life WOE, then I need to place it into a regular day.
I have to be at school each day at 7am, so unfortunately that means no more weekday sleep-ins, but I can take naps and down time in the day for the next 3 weeks of hoilday at least.

5:15 Wake-up Put kettle on, toilet dog
5:20 Morning stretches
5:30 Shower and dress
5:45 QT
6:00 Feed dog. Make and eat breakfast while watching news.
6:35 Dog toiletted and settled in kennel
6:45 Leave for school - Morning routine all done

I am going to have to make lunch the evening before as I just can't get up even earlier. I think I will set the alarm for 5:05 to allow a little snooze time.

Evening Goals
5:00 Aim to leave school by this time each day
5:20 Elliptical cross trainer
6:00 Cook dinner, chill with TV and eat
7:00 Walk the dog - 30 mins
7:30-10:00 Evening my own

Tomorrow is my test day, except that because it is the holidays I will add in 2 more cross trainer sessions, so I do the 3x5 mins, and from 7-5pm instead of working I will choose my own activities, maybe even more sleep!
