I've had to do a bit of a re-think. I discovered that what I thought was pumpkin was butternut squash the highest in carbs of the squash family. I did not fill in the food diary daily, but actually every 3 days or so and i was shocked, as I went over the 20g carb goal, almost every day.

NOT GOOD!
I am going to put in a weeks summary, each Friday. AND I definately have to fill in the diary each day before cooking my evening meal, so that I can make adjustments.
