It has taken awhile, from 1st August 2008. Had a very busy week taking a team of Chilean Young People out for the day to one of our tourist areas. We had a picnic lunch but I did eat abit of cake and a filled bun and my first banana since Starting this WOE.For morning tea we stopped at a cafe and I had a huge piece of carrot cake. For the rest of the week I stayed pretty good so managed to lose just over half a pound.

Have had a great week losing over four pounds. I should be doing a re measure today but nine year old grandson is here so I will leave that till tomorrow.I am getting back into clothes I haven't worn in years.

Been on track for most of the week and it showed on the scales.Down 2.6 lbs. I feel lighter as well and have a bit more energy. Today I am doing morning teas for our Rotary Group who are laying 100 meters of concrete Pathway thru one of our local parks.The council pays us and we use the money to put back into the community.

After a break of eleven weeks of not weighing and not following plan I am pleased to say that I lost2.4 lbs in that time. Breakfast and dinner I was okay but lunchtimes I often had the odd cake or scone or toasted sandwich when out. Now back to induction for awhile. Renee (Kiwikid ) will be coming home from China mid April to go to University to meet up with lecturers as she embarks on a PHD in Education. It's a quick trip.Arr Wednesday and dept Saturday evening. She has allready started on doing the research. Usually we only see her at Christmas but looks like now we will get to see her every...

Last Sunday I weighed 288.8 lbs.For some reason I was peeing all night and lost 3 lbs overnight. Now I am not going to weigh till I come back from holiday in two weeks time. I will stay on plan though.Christmas dinner is all LC. I would like to wish everyone a Merry Xmas and a prosperous New Year.
