After a lapse of eighteen months, I finally started swimming again. Managed three days last week, two days doing 850 meters and one of 750. I feel really good at achieving that. I felt it in my shoulders. till now I have only been walking and using the treadmill. Swimming is using some other muscles. Although I didn't feel as though I had lost any weight, I managed another three pound loss. Not far now to get below 300 lbs. All the clothes I am wearing at the moment are getting looser and some of my tight trousers are feeling comfortable now. I want to take my measurements when I get below 300....
