Exceeded Expectations

Last Sunday I weighed 288.8 lbs.For some reason I was peeing all night and lost 3 lbs overnight. Now I am not going to weigh till I come back from holiday in two weeks time. I will stay on plan though.Christmas dinner is all LC. I would like to wish everyone a Merry Xmas and a prosperous New Year.

[COLOR="DarkOrchid"]Congrats! But don't wait to weigh yourself. You'll get off track and end up gaining. Trust me, I just did that, and it didn't end well because I thought I was doing well. Keep weighing yourself daily, keep track of what you're doing and it'll end positively! Good luck and once again congrats!
