Below 300 finally

Three months today since I started on LC and I have lost 18 lbs since the arrival of the scales which was eight days into starting program. So I reckon I have probably lost about 25 lbs. Measured this morning and my waist is down 11cms,bust 5cms,hip 11cms and several cms of other body parts. I tried a bra on this morning I hadn't worn in two years and it is so comfortable and still has three rows of hooks to go. I have been on Induction all this time and have not cheated once.

Talk about an inspiration! I've got a ways to go before I am even CLOSE to 300#. Owning a scale really DOES help to pin down data and to keep me from drifting off into wishful thinking. I'll be keeping an eye on you, as you trudge the road a ways ahead of me. Always good to have a beacon, a shining light, to keep one on one's chosen path. Be well!
