Half a pound to go before getting below 300

Hope to reach that target next week and then I will have been on program for three months and it will be time to re measure. This week I lost 1.2 lbs. I have been swimming four days this week and swam 1 km twice and one 1.25 km and 1.3km. Plus I walked several miles on the treadmill. My body is getting looser and it is easier on the treadmill now. Went to visit mum at the hospital. She was 88 yesterday so we got some photos of her with Lily, now 1 month old. She was fascinated with the baby but I don't think she really got the connection when I tried to explain that lily was her great grand daughter. She held the baby and she managed to blow out some candles on her cake.
