Started Treadmill

Two days ago I started walking the treadmill. I only managed half a mile the first two days and hope to increase it a bit today. I was feeling it in my legs.On third week of Induction and I am coping well with it and drinking lots of water. Haven't had any cravings or felt hungry. Only weighing myself once a week on Friday mornings. Lost three pounds last week. Blood sugar is also coming down. I have six weeks to go before my quarterly Doctor's check so will be interested to see blood results and blood pressure and offcourse my weight by then.
