[COLOR="DarkGreen"]I started going to the Gym on my off days, and I love it. I am building up stamina on the elliptical , I an at 10 min, then I ride the exercise bike for 30 min, and walk on the thread mill for 30 min. Then O work out on the toning weight for 30 min .
I can see a big difference with my clothing off, and this is good. The scales are not moving fast, but that’s ok.
I continue to eat 4 times a day with a target cal count of 1600, and controlled carbs.
I thank The Lord for being with me through this journey , without him I would...
