Diet Change

Still 4 meal a day, but I am changing back to south beach phase 1, low fat meats and vegetables. No sweets or wine.[/COLOR]

follow up

[COLOR="DarkGreen"]I started going to the Gym on my off days, and I love it. I am building up stamina on the elliptical , I an at 10 min, then I ride the exercise bike for 30 min, and walk on the thread mill for 30 min. Then O work out on the toning weight for 30 min .

I can see a big difference with my clothing off, and this is good. The scales are not moving fast, but that’s ok.

I continue to eat 4 times a day with a target cal count of 1600, and controlled carbs.

I thank The Lord for being with me through this journey , without him I would...

5 week follow up

[COLOR="DarkGreen"]This is week # 5 for me, I am eating on plan and exercising, and drinking water .
I am not feeling stressed and sad all the time now. I have come to the conclusion that it is going to take some time for me to loose the weight, and I am ok with that.
The scales are moving in the right direction, and I am sure that as I continue I will get to the place that I need to be.

The past 5 weeks were sa followed

Week #1

I walked 4 miles a day, most days, and tried eating less, I had no weight loss.
