NO REGRETS!!!! I have not had a regular dessert in three months and today when Holly brought over the fresh strawberry pie with the real (sweetened) whipped cream...I said, "I am eating that." It was SOOOO good. I haven't eaten anything else today...not yet, at least. I know that is not a good pattern...but, here's the thing...it ISN'T a pattern. TODAY...I chose to eat a piece of pie and not eat much of anything else...TOMORROW...I won't eat pie...I'll eat LC. We've been working so hard the past couple of days...digging a foundation for a garage. It has been difficult to eat "on plan" because I don't have the energy to be creative with food. Thank goodness there have been some leftovers that I could just heat up or I think I might have caved!

On Monday, I was down to 152lb but since then I have been too afraid to check to see if it has stayed or not. I might check tomorrow morning....wouldn't it be great if I weighed 152lbs? If I did...I'd just have 7 lbs left to lose. Of course...then the REAL work will start...keeping...

to be back in control of my eating! I have been blessed today by a visit from that elusive sister to the Whoosh Fairy...the "I'm not even hungry Fairy"! I love, love ,love her!!!! I asked her why she can't hang out for longer but she told me that she only comes after someone has been REALLY naughty and yesterday was one of those days! So...I guess I'll be thankful to see her even if she won't unpack her bags.

Hannah is back home tonight. I'm glad to have her home. I'm not sure what the week ahead will bring work wise. Tom is going to work with Kenny tomorrow...

I just ate too much today...especially tonight. My stomach feels like it is going to explode. It started with the nuts that I took with me on the hike. I was hungry and didn't have anything else "legal" so I ate them all. We bought steaks for dinner and I added some scallopped cabbage and broccoli. If I had ONLY stopped there it might have been okay but NOOOO. I moved on to sweetened ricotta w/whipped cream...then more whipped cream on coffee. Ouchy!!! I know that if I eat the ricotta in the evening it will bloat me up like a balloon but I just couldn't stop. I know, I...

I was at 155lb today...I guess I'm leveling back out after the three pound gain of earlier in the week. Still expecting a "little visitor" next week....things should be better after that. I feel strong going into the weekend...a lot of the cravings have abated.

We worked hard today...now, what's for dinner?
