Oh yes! I am feeling different about my weight loss. As you all know, I have been stalled at 150lbs for the past month. I would like to lose another 5-10lbs but I have just been maintaining.

Here is the deal...this morning I stepped on the scale. I had an okay week...a couple of slips that I documented on here but nothing too serious. Last night we went out for dinner. I couldn't face another grilled beef/chicken/fish and veggies meal so I ordered a half order of Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesidillas with a side of brocolli. I ate 3/4 or it and gave the rest away. Sooo, back to...

Man...I love my garden! I cooked up a mess of green beans to marinate in olive oil and red wine vinegar. Voila!!! Instant breakfast! I already have TOO much zucchini and yellow squash so I made four zucchini loaves and will take the rest to Bible study tonight to share. Every time I go out to pick...I think..."Isn't it AMAZING! Food growing in the dirt!"

No damage from the evil brownie yesterday. I won't make that mistake today!

cream cheese brownie!!!! Damn! I KNEW I should have put those things in the freezer or the trash.

Note to self....never brag on your LC blog that you no longer have to think about eating right (see this morning....that's RIGHT...THIS morning)!

Awww.....shucks! Anyhoo...onward...there is still the rest of the day to be careful and stay on track.

Yikes...it's HOT around here! Dangerously hot and no end in sight! Yesterday I spent about a half an hour working in the garden...just harvesting some green beans and squash and I almost died! Tom worked on installing irrigation...he was wiped out by the time he got home and has gone back this morning. I am praying that he is safe...he's not as young as he used to be.

Last night was family dinner. It has been interesting lately because I have noticed that I haven't been as focused on food and what I eat. It appears that I have finally reached the "auto-pilot"...

Yep...I'm pretty sure my husband and I are crazy. We did an exterior painting job today and the temperature was in the upper 90's with a heat index over 100F. No wonder I felt sick a couple of times and needed to sit down in the shade and drink water. I think my LC WOE makes this worse. Not that I am thinking of going back to my old ways but I find that my heat tolerance isn't what it used to be and that is about the only thing different.

Anyway...the job is done! I am happy! Tomorrow Tom is working with a friend so I have the day off! Woohoo~~ I guess...
