Please don't tell me that I am going to gain weight by eating a few extra carbs? I was hoping to have a little more leaway when I was maintaining, But it seems like if I indulge just a little...like eat a few wine gums, one extra piece of pizza, an extra tablespoon of granola, or a bite of ice cream...I'm up a pound in a minute.
Oh...wait a minute...maybe I can't do ALL of that in one day and get away with it!
Got it...back on track...obviously I will have to weigh everyday until I figure this out. Sure feels better to be looking at one extra...
