Struggling...

with the scale and with my appetite. I think that adding some carbs into my diet, even though it wasn't a lot, has pushed me back into the "crave zone".
I have really wanted to eat cookies, cake and bread. I really think that it started with the wine gums last week and just escalated from there. I remember when I first started this WOE, I was amazed how easy it was to resist those sweet treats. Well...not any more.
My strategy...go back to keeping carbs under 30g/day. Restock the pantry and fridge with "legal" snack food. Resist the urge to "throw in the towel" and eat everything in sight!
The scale...up to 145...four pounds over goal. Despite tightening my LC belt...it hasn't moved down at all. I am frustrated. I won't panic right yet...no point. I'll just stick to my strategy and remind myself that I have stalled before and if I keep eating LC, I WILL lose. The question remains...even if I get back down to 141 lbs...am I going to be able to maintain that? My plan is to give it another try, get down to goal, see if I can maintain...if not, maybe adjust goal.
Sorry, I don't have any inspiring words for my readers. It's all I can do to keep myself motivated right now.
