"On the road again..."

I can't wait to be on the road again! 
We are headed out this afternoon for the next three weeks. Off to Yellowstone, Glacier and Banff National Parks and all points in between!
My challenge...this morning I was at 145lbs due to an extremely hard work week in which I sweated profusely and ate sparingly. That is my "dream" goal. The trick will be maintaining the LC WOE over the next three weeks when we are eating at restaurants and camping. My hope is to stay under 150lbs and to stay in control. I think I can do it!
I will also have to do it without much support since I won't be able to log in to LCF's or blog....another "new" situation. I have been doing this WOE for 5 months...it feels pretty natural but we will see.
Everyone who reads my blog? I know that I haven't been very encouraging lately because I haven't been blogging as much...sorry about that! But...I just want to tell anyone who is discouraged....this LC stuff really "works". Stick with it....if you fall off plan...get right back on. If you are stalled...persevere...the scale WILL move again. Being at goal is the most amazing feeling ever and beats every pleasure related to food....I absolutely promise that is true! See you all in three weeks and blessings on you all.

Have a great trip!! Sounds like you are going to all the places I'd like to visit soon
 I'm sure you'll do great on your diet plan!! I'm curious what types of foods you'll be bringing (if any) and when you get back I'd love to hear about what you ate in restaurants... and camping! I'm starting week#3 and I've lost 7 pounds already!! I'm so excited, but I want to make sure I can stick to this easily. I love reading these blogs because I can see what others do and eat... and that no one is perfect! Good luck!! I'll send some positive energy your way |
