Hey everyone! It was a busy week but I held things together with my eating so I feel good this evening.
I weighed in at 140lbs on Friday morning and this morning. It seems like I was able to indulge in a couple of "off plan" foods without any real effect. One night was an "Oreo" night. I think that I ate 6...all in one sitting

. Got THAT out of my system. I'm not sure what came over me...I don't really even like Oreo's.

I also ate a couple of servings of BBQ potato chips last night which could have been a sodium AND carb fiasco. It doesn't...
