Now I know why I had been putting it off.....

Stepped on and it said 129.1. Sounds great if you didn't know that I seriously got back on my low carb program about 3 weeks ago.

My initial weight was 129.9. Then I unexpectantly ballooned to 131.

These numbers may seem low to you-so you may say huh, who cares? She's already thin......

Keep in mind that I am too large for most of my clothing.......that I've been hard core dieting for 3 weeks.......and that I've only lost .8 pound.

How do you feel when you can't...

Must mean that I don't excerize enough

I mustered up the courage to try on my jeans.....and the good news is that I could put them on, button them, and zip them

Bad news? Very tight. I would NOT wear them at this point. They are meant to be snug-not tight.

Maybe in another week or two......

Started the day out with a bang-sold some stuff that I had for sale-always good news.....

Worked with my son and cleaned our cars inside and out Not my favorite activity-but I do so LIKE a clean car......

Finishing watching one of the BEST movies ever made, (instantly on my roku player via netflix), STAR MAN! This is with Karen Allen and a very young and very sexy Jeff Bridges! If you have not seen this movie I urge you to do so-it's sci-fi/romance......very few movies in that genre......

In a little while my family is taking out our ski boat...

I am relatively thin-but at one time I had an addition 30 pounds packed on my frame.

In 2005 I joined the low carb lifestyle and developed a program that works ok for me, (although I have fallen off a few times), I have always gotten back on the horse before I have had too much weight gain.......

My overweight friends tell me how lucky I am to have a 'hummingbird metabolism'.......

I have told them many times that I keep myself on a strict low carb lifestyle and that I also somewhat restrict quantity.......

This always falls on deaf ears....

We are having a heat alert here-and I have no air conditioning in my house or in my car! It is common NOT to have air around here as extreme heat is rare. But when it happens it is so miserable when it does happen.

All I can do is lay around the house!
