Goals

God I hate goals because I never achieve them on course. I just like to play it by ear and hope for the best. On my WOE, I've been sticking to plan and figured it would work the way it wants with my body, but now I see that others are using mini goals as motivation and I think that would be a good step for me. Instead of letting the weight loss happen, I will control it and empower it!

Start weight: 253
Goal weight: 105-120
1 month loss: 26
current weight: 227

mini goal: 7 by July 1st
reward: buying polish and sexifying my nails

Achieving this goal:
1. 2 levels of stairs at work 1-2x/day

2. Not parking at a meter and walking the route at school

3. Water Water Water Water Water Water

4. Controlling bowel movements

5. Stop eating the damn peanuts!

6. Half the salt intake

7. Dance like I just crapped my pants to 4 songs daily

8. 15 crunches daily

9. FAT BURNERS FAT BURNERS FAT BURNERS

MAJOR GOAL: 199!!!
Reward: don't know but something really big, exciting, fun and uplifting! Maybe I'll get a make over and paint the town red. Actual thoughts: "All I know is that there should be sirens and parades, and a statue marked in my honor because this will be monumental!!!"

105-120 isn't all that low given my height...Just seems low given my current weight!

Hi Kara (guessing that is your name),

Good for you setting goals. Like Dr. Phil says, "you gotta name it to claim it." You can do it, sounds like your plan is good, love the dance one, made me laugh.

Did you get rid of those peanuts yet? Take them to work and share them with your mean co-workers, let them put on weight.

My WW leader would give you bravo stars for parking and walking and using the stairs. For incorporating those things into your day. Making lifestyle changes!

Girl you are doing so well. I find setting 5-7lb goals for each month makes it easier and when I reach them I really feel like I have accomplished something. I think rewarding yourself at each goal is a great idea.
