God I hate goals because I never achieve them on course. I just like to play it by ear and hope for the best. On my WOE, I've been sticking to plan and figured it would work the way it wants with my body, but now I see that others are using mini goals as motivation and I think that would be a good step for me. Instead of letting the weight loss happen, I will control it and empower it!

Goal weight: 105-120
1 month loss: 26
current weight: 227
mini goal: 7 by July 1st
reward: buying polish and sexifying my nails ...
