Monthly weigh in

Weight this morning, 159 (72.1 kilos) which makes 3.3 lbs lost for September and brings total to 24.5 this year.

I think I'll put my stats back on user info.

Fitness assessment at the gym later. Hope to see another big improvement in my VO2 score and bodyfat %.

Goal for October, get 2000 metre time down to under 10:30.

Should start blogging again. It's always useful. I don't want to bore the folks over on live journal wittering about Low Carb, so can witter here instead.

I'm currently at 160lbs, having gone down a little after a stall for all of August. But I had lost 2kg of bodyfat, according to my gym fitenss assessment.

I've been on Induction level carbs and legal foods for the past few weeks (well maybe a little over on the veggie carbs by now) and have been concentrating on eating clean. I think it's time to start moving up the rungs again from next week. I'm already on rung...
