Wobbly and milky

I've had a wobbly couple of days, not counting properly, though I'm pretty sure on Tuesday I can't have gone over 20, never mind the 25 carbs I should now be on for OWL! Had a small cheat yesterday.It was only some milk. The barista in Statbucks just up and gave me a freebie when I commented that something someone else was having sounded nice. Wasn't a milky style drink, just milk in an Americano, with some sugar free hazelnut syrup. Well it's not in my nature to turn down free stuff, and the milk was all frothy... what could I do? Hey, at least I didn't have a piece of cake or something!...

Final Induction Weigh in

Weight 82kilos (180.4lbs)

So that's a shade over 3lbs lost on induction, leaving me 30 to go. Well, just under 31. Aargh, all this converting!

Time to go to OWL. Add more veggies to start, which for me I think could mean more onion!

Induction Day 14 - Last Day!

Carbs nearer 20 today, most from veggies.

Final day! Weigh in first thing tomorrow.

Induction Day 13

Still very little appetite. Carbs silly low, 13 (if that!) mostly due to not eating much. I'll try to have something else for supper.

Still no coffee, but still no exercise either.

Induction Day 12

My appetite is zero! I had to force myself to eat tonight.

Carbs pretty low, 15, but as much because of not eating all that much.

Having trouble getting my water in, which is always a problem on weekends.

I've just realised I've had no coffee today. Had some black tea, so not caffeine free.

Didn't exercise, leg still dodgy.
