Less of me to go around.

My weight is actually slightly up, but my clothes are definitely fitting better. I'm wearing some trousers I used to have to wear the control pants to get into, and the muffin top issues are minimal. Also wearing my brown duffel coat and it's not tight. The bra I wore yesterday was less tight than it had been. It just fitted, not tight at all. Something is going on. Or going off!

Sunday weigh in and meal prep

Up slightly on the weight, about a half lb. but TOM has just started, so hopefully it will vanish again soon.

Did all my prep for the week today. Crustless quiche came out fab in the new tray I bought and lifted off easy a pie, no sticking. Pork casserole is still in the slow cooker and will be ready later.

Chicken & veggies for dinner tonight.

4lbs in a week??? Bloody hell, I didn't lose that much on Induction this time!

I weighed twice, to be sure and yep, 79 kilos. 174 lbs. I felt sure I'd see some loss this week, but not that much! takes me to well over 9lbs lost in 8 weeks. Now that I can live with!

Okay, better go update my profile and swan around a bit, then I have to get started on the week's meal plan.

Oh and slap me, I think I've missed taking my vitamins two days in a row! This must stop! I mean, I have to have the magnesium for a start, or I'll have a gain next week for...

Aargh! Exercise!

I just can't figure out an exercise routine and stick to it! Once I'm home in the evening I'm too inclined to just get dinner straight on and then get snuggled down at the PC for my writing session.

But mornings aren't going to happen, I know that. Going to the gym at lunchtime is just - how do people do that? It takes me a half hour to cool down after my shower. If I get dressed right away I'll sweat like a pig all afternoon.

Also, I feel like I can barely manage anything without getting knackered out really quick. But this time last year I could do a fifty minute...

Darn, up a tad this morning. Only by 0.2 of a kilo. Still, I know I'm going down in size as my clothes are getting looser.

I wonder if I'm retaining water/dehydrated today. I don't think I got all my water in yesterday and felt very thristy when I woke up this morning. I didn't even drink a lot of tea or coffee yesterday. I may try weighing again in couple of days.

I also have to keep better track of my vitamins. Sometimes I'm not sure if I've taken them!

I need to ensure I add up a final carb count for the day, to eliminate any carb creep. (Perhaps...
