May Clean Eating Challenge - Day 6

Been a bit busy the last few days, not been around here much!

Mostly doing good. All scheduled exercise sessions done. Must do better on getting to bed by 23:30 though.

Food. No AS for 6 days now! Did have some peanuts yesterday, but I had to scrounge a lunch together after I left mine at home and there's not much low carb legal in the canteen or tuck shops at work.

May Clean Eating Challenge Day 3

Breakfast and morning:
3 strips bacon, 2 fried eggs
tea
coffee with cream
1 oz of cheese

Lunch and afternoon:
Crockpot beef brisket, broccoli. Very small apple and cream.
1 oz of cheese

Dinner and evening:
Stewing steak done in the crockpot with a little beef stock and some red onion and garlic. Broc.
Blackberries and cream
1 oz of cheese
Bacon strippers

A bit of a creamy day again, and snacky, as I tend to be on the weekend! But stuck with my 3oz of cheese limit.

May Clean Eating Challenge - Day 2

Food so far, 3 eggs fried in butter. Which is nice, but I gotta get me some more damn lard!
Coffee and cream in Starbucks.
Snack: Bacon "strippers" and a half an oz of cheese.
Lunch: Tuna stir fry, onion, pok choi, and leek and garlic. 1/2 oz of cheese on top of it. Blackberries and cream.
Snack: Oz of cheese and coffee with cream.

Um, note to self - NO MORE CREAM TODAY!

Dinner later is beef, greenbeans and petit pois and a little onion, with loadsa butter.

May Clean Eating Challenge Food and Thoughts - 1st

Decided to start journalling my food for my OWL clean eating challenge. I'm feeling determined!

So far today:
3 fried eggs in butter
Strawberries and fage
coffee with cream

I'm controlling cream pretty well right now.

Today I make my meal plan for next week. It will be slightly shortened, as I'm going to start working Sat to Fri, not Sun to Sat for meal plan. My personal week runs Sat to Fri, so it makes sense. Sat is also my shopping day.

I've got myself an exercise session in my schedule for every two days rather...

Monthly weigh in

Weight this morning, 159 (72.1 kilos) which makes 3.3 lbs lost for September and brings total to 24.5 this year.

I think I'll put my stats back on user info.

Fitness assessment at the gym later. Hope to see another big improvement in my VO2 score and bodyfat %.

Goal for October, get 2000 metre time down to under 10:30.
