Spontaneous weigh in!
Weighed today, for no good reason, but I was glad I did. 168.65 lbs, which means I'm about exactly 12 stone, and I've lost just under 15lbs. Just over a stone gone! Woot.
Given I decided about 30lbs gone was my goal, then that's around half way, though who knows, I may continue on if I can.
I'm now comfy in a size 16 trousers, so another 15lbs should put me in size 14 trousers. Another 15 after that and size 12 trousers? Can I actually do that? Well, never mind that. Next goal is size 14 trousers and skirts.
Just checking the figures and to get to a healthy BMI I need to lose another 5.5 kilos (just over 12lbs) so losing another 15 lbs would put me inside the healthy range. And under 11 stone, which would be good. Just to be able to say I'm 10stone something, and the something not be something that can slip easily to 11 stone would be good!
10 stone 10 would be a nice number. In fact, thats 150lbs! My goal weight that I chose at the start of this year. Hmm, maybe I've got that just right then! What BMI would that give me? Hmm, slightly above 25 actually. Darn it.
But there I go, getting scale obsessed again.
Anyway, in food news: All my prep done yesterday, and I'm taking care to portion control pretty strictly this week. My carbs seem very low for the week, even with still having berries, and veggies of course. But never mind, just keep getting the fat up!
