Clean Slate in 2008!

I've been on and off LCF for several years, returning when I need support and motivation and then drifiting away when things are going well. I lost about 15 pounds in 2007 (motivated by daughter's college graduation and a bad breakup) and have managed to keep them off so far, but am looking at ratcheting up the effort and setting some new goals for myself. The holidays are always a time of backsliding for me and I'm back up to around 140. I also had a bad case of pneumonia this winter that I'm still struggling to get over. I went for about a month without working out and now that I'm back into it, I can tell how much ground I lost in just that short period of time! But I'm doing better now and ready to jump back into the low carb pool!
Goals for 2008:
~ Weight 125 - 128
~ Body Fat - <20%
~ Weights - 4x/week
~ Yoga - 3x/week
~ Cardio - 6x/week
~ Carbs - <50/day
