Hey, it's still spring so that means new beginnings. Today is also a new day that the Lord has made. I am so glad I came back to low carb friends because this is truly where my heart is. No other place is the same.
So far I've eaten pretty good today!
I look forward to dropping a few more pound by Mother's Day!
Exercise for today will be T-Tapping.

Today I've been reading through blogs and I came across Nkechi. I am so proud of her she has lost 4 pounds.
I will be going back to work tomorrow from 2 weeks of vacation and in a way I am glad. I can stay on my program better when I am not so focused on myself. I am now watching You: On a Diet with Dr Oz on the Discovery Health Channel. Why are we so obsessed with food? We need to change our focus from food to something else that will be good and beneficial for us.
Tomorrow Will be a fast day for me and I am sooo looking forward to it. I need to get closer to Jesus and let him lead...

I am feeling crappy today because I could not attend my DH aunt's funeral. He went out of State to the funeral. I miss him so.
My eating was off today but there is always now. You can start over right now and I will.
