On another weightloss site they will begin a Perfect Month Challenge from May 1- May 31, 2008.
I think I will join because it's a low carb challenge.
I wonder will the girls here want to do that challenge, Hummm...........
I'll ask later.

Today I woke up to rain, rain, and more rain. I had picked out an outfit to wear to a retirement party of one of my mother's friends. I had to change to something a little warmer.
when I put the other outfit on my DH said "I don't know if I should let you go out looking that good" and hey! I was looking good!

I'm up 1/2 pound today but that's okay. I knew all those sausages whould cause me to retain fluid.
Had my egg cream tonight for supper and it was good!

Am I'm happy!
This Morning weighed and I had lost another pound!!!
That's three pounds since Tuesday!
The egg cream must be doing the trick. Hope the weight will continue to fall off. At this rate I'll be back in the 170's by Monday.
Looking for 179 again and I will find it!

I am just about finished reading Eckhart Tolle "A New Earth" and It's wonderful.
I missed the class MOnday night because I was at church but will watch it this weekend.

I realize I have to live in THIS moment and not rush life trying to make things happen like I have done in the past.
I feel much more at peace with myself and with others that I constantly have a smile on my face most of the day.

Renwing your mind is a great thing! You must...

I have been truly blessed today. Well, I'm blessed everyday!
I've stayed on track with my eating and I'm pleased to say that the egg cream was delicious.
