Trying to get my water in. I have not exercised since I have returned from my cruise.

I will go back using the LOA with this system.
This is a new System but basically the same

1. Learn a Success System
2. Keep it Simple (Pick one goal)
3. Reduce the Goal (to achievable measurements, something you can do in 30 days)
4. Rule of 20 (write down 20 actions you can take now)
5. Post It (Take goal and 20 actions post on wall in a visual place)
6. Visualize (See yourself with the results, If you can't see it you can't achieve it)
7. Act as if (State affirmation as if you have already achieve the goal)

I recently cruised to Mexico and greatly enjoyed it. We celebrated our 20th year wedding anniversary. WOW 20 years already. I thank God that my husband and I are still together and most of all still in love.
