This morning I was pleasantly surprised that I had lost another pound. To God the glory!
Just got finished with my coffee and you know what? I had liquid creamer in it and I did not worry whether it was too much or worry it had too much sugar in it.

Thank God for everything that happens in my life!
I'm down another pound.

I don't have a menu to post because the way I eat now is not on a set schedule.
I eat only when hungry. The way God intended us to eat.
