Today I've stayed on track with my WOE.
The only thing I would do different tomorrow is add the exercise piece. I will order the T-Tap dvd tomorrow for sure. I can't wait to dive into this workout that if done correctly you will lose inches.
Menu
B- 2 hard boiled egge
L- baked chichen breast
D- Hamburger pattie stuffed with cheese salad with ranch dressing.
I dranked too many diet sodas
will reduce tomorrow.
