Wednesday Day 7 Perfect Month!

Posted 05-07-2008 at 09:42 AM by jgw
My weight is still hanging the same but I'm not too worried about it. When I worry and stress over my weight I start to do drastic things.
I promise myself that I will take one moment at a time.
Slow and steady wins the race!

B- egg cream
S- nuts (got to cut these out) just 1oz
L- Slimfast low carb shake
D-? all the grilled porkchops are gone because the kids like them so much the eat them up. Got to find something else, HUMM maybe Tuna Salad.
Later!!!

Jan what kinds of nuts are you eating? Almonds are better to consume on this WOE and they are a very good choice for women alone. You are winning this race, KUTGW!!!

I know but they are peanuts. I will overeat the almonds too. Haven't had them today!

I know what you mean girl. You still have to stay w/i limits on almonds. I buy the box that has the servings wrapped individually. This usually helps me not overeat them. HTH.

Marlette, I purchase the 100 cal packs too. I get a box of 6 for $3 and some change. I love them.
