Perfect month challenge!
Today I messed myself up and left my lunch at home. I ran by the local grocery store and could not find the lowcarb slim fast shakes that are usually there. Sold out!!
Now I see these every time I go in there and today they were out.
That's the devil working out his game plan.
Well my DH bought me some fish fried okra and coleslaw for lunch.
I carefully pulled all the breading off the okra and ate a little if it w/o the breading of course.
Nibbled on the coleslaw.
Ate some of the fish pulling the breading off.
I was doing all of this and my DH was looking at me very funny and asked. WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!!!
Anyway I made a meal out of it to fit my needs today.
B- egg cream
L- bites of coleslaw, unbreaded okra and fish, diet Pepsi
D- Protein shake. I'll make my own this evening
S- a few Sunflower seeds.
What a day and an adventure.
Later!!!!!
Oh I had my vitamins
Will do that Latin dance DVD tonight (pray for me)
Had my water
