May 1st, a new month for change

A new month with 31 days to make a difference in so many aspects of my life.I wonder what things will be like in 30 days?
Why are you stressing yourself Janice.
Eckhart Tolle talks and writes about living in the presence, so I am going to do that take each moment and be in the presence and not worry about how many pounds I want to be down by the end on the month.
So ladies, we are going to do this one moment at a time.
We will be successful.
