What a Blessed Day!

Hey everyone,
I have been truly blessed today. Well, I'm blessed everyday!
I've stayed on track with my eating and I'm pleased to say that the egg cream was delicious.

B- egg cream
L- grilled chicken salad
D- ?
S- nothing so far

Janice, what recipe are you using to make your egg cream? I have heard a little about that this month. Is it supposed to help lose weight?
