YOU: Rambling Miscellaneous Thoughts

Posted 01-25-2008 at 07:52 AM by jezzie
Updated 01-25-2008 at 07:54 AM by jezzie
From a list of Eating Disorders symptoms:
• Pre-occupied thoughts of food, weight and cooking.

• Blames failure in social and professional community on weight.

• Obsession with weight and complaining of weight problems
(even if "average" weight or thin).

• Holding the belief that life will be better if they can lose weight.

• Chronic dieting on a variety of popular diet plans.
None fit me ..... but it is food for thought.

Posted 01-24-2008 at 07:50 AM by jezzie
